Implementing lessons learned over 13+ years experience in the Health and Wellness industry as a personal trainer/coach, I offer coaching in the following 3 areas:

1-1 LIFE COACHING– judgement free, in person phone or skype meetings that will challenge you to explore your life’s purpose, establish smart goals, identify strengths & weakness, take action, and keep you accountable to the process.
SMALL GROUP LIFE COACHING – in person or virtual (ZOOM Video) groups of 4-6 that is part ‘book club’, accountability group and facilitated workshop. This is a great way to have access to high quality coaching and accountability which is both affordable and effective.
Movement based personal or small group ‘training for life’ that is fun, focused and functional. In addition to the in person training, you will also have access to nutrition lessons, mindset coaching and other aspects of lifestyle change which support your physical health.
1-1 PERSONAL TRAINING – focusing on corrective exercise, effective movement, bodyweight and kettlebell strength as well as flexibility, mobility and assigned programming.
SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING – utilizing playgrounds, fields and the Edmonton river valley trails. More information about these programs on the blog and events pages.
WORKSHOPS – If your group would like to hire me for a specific workshop, I would love to help. Here’s a few examples of workshops I have taught in the past:
- Adult Recess – Super fun adult play workouts with a school yard recess feel. Packed with games, friendly competitions and plenty of movement, these sessions are so much fun you will forget you are working out!
- Skills & Drills for Runners – These sessions are geared towards beginner to intermediate runners who are looking to take their passion of running to the next level. Learn run stride techniques, effective warm ups, post run flexibility and most importantly, stability and mobility maintenance drills to do between runs to avoid injury.
- Fundamentals – Looking to fix nagging injuries, improve posture, athletic performance, stability and flexibility? Walk away from these sessions with a tool box full of drills which can greatly improve your fitness. This session is also great for runners as an add on to the Skills and Drills for Runners workshop.
Combining Precision Nutrition and Co-Active Life Coaching training, nutritional coaching is based on exploring current behaviours and swapping old habits for new skills over time resulting in better health, increased performance and improved body composition.
1-1 NUTRITIONAL COACHING – In person & phone consultations focusing on food behaviours, meal prep, stress management & lifestyle habits related to food choices.
I am currently accepting a LIMITED number of coaching clients to work with me either one-on-one or in small groups.
