Implementing lessons learned over 13+ years experience in the Health and Wellness industry as a personal trainer/coach, I offer a Holistic approach to coaching that includes Personal Growth & Development, Personal Fitness Training and Nutrition Coaching.

STEP ONE

Book a free 30 minute sample coaching session.

In this 30 minute session you will have a powerful coaching experience and walk away with an action plan that will help you create positive change in your life. This is also a great way to get to know me your coach and determine how we can work together in the future.

STEP TWO 

2 Hour Discovery Session

Once we complete your sample coaching session, you will have the opportunity to continue with the coaching relationship. When you decide you want to continue working with me, it is time to book the discovery session!

This session provides the background necessary to launch the coaching relationship. An essential aspect of this relationship is the designed alliance between coach and client (i.e, how we will work best together). Creating this relationship also involves discovering the necessary background and other personal information that is useful in the coaching. 
We will also explore your goals, vision, strengths & weaknesses and I will introduce coaching concepts which will help you as you begin to take action.

STEP THREE

Schedule Ongoing Coaching Sessions 

After we complete the discovery session, we will establish which package is the best fit for you and from there we will continue with regular, ongoing coaching sessions.

STEP FOUR

Upon completion of the agreed upon coaching relationship, it is important to close out the current agreement and establish the next steps. Sometimes this means completion of the coaching relationship and other times it means continuing with the coaching. During the completion session we will review your coaching objectives, determine your successes and create possible opportunities for support in the future.
