WHAT IS COACHING?

A coaching relationship is an alliance between coach and client that involves guided conversation, support, inquiry and accountability. We all experience areas/times in our lives where we are stuck, unsatisfied and unsure. A coach will help you explore your own solutions to the matters in your life. Coaches provide a safe environment for you to be real, to challenge yourself and to re-discover the necessary tools you can use to create lasting change in your life.

HOW IT WORKS

Similar to a conversation with a very close friend, a coaching session will leave you feeling energized and ready to let go of old beliefs, negative thought patterns and harmful habits.

Generally, coaching clients begin to experience consistent progress after three consecutive months of regular coaching. This could look like 1 meeting per week or 2 x per month but the work doesn’t stop when the call ends. Much of the work is done between calls and this is often where the growth happens. It’s amazing what can happen when we reflect on our conversations, especially when there’s some valuable homework to be done.

The process is not only transformative, but life-affirming. You have the answers!
