Running, like any other activity is a skill and in order to improve your speed, distance or efficiency, we need to focus on strength, mobility, stability and technique. In addition to working on the physical elements of running, we also benefit from nutrition and lifestyle changes, as well as focusing on building a bulletproof mindset that will help you achieve your goals.
In this 12 week online coaching program, you will learn the following:
- Running mechanics
- Strength drills to support your training
- Mobility and stability drills to prevent injuries
- Nutritional strategies to help you feel great
- Lifestyle habits to improve sleep and recovery
- Mindset strategies to help keep you on track when times are tough
As a participant in this program, you will receive:
- 12 Week running program to prepare you for your next event
- 12 Week workout plan to support your training
- 12 Nutrition education emails
- 2 Group video calls per month (30 minutes each)
- 1 Coaching call per month (30 minutes)
- Access to a private Facebook group specifically for this program
Program begins Monday January 1st, 2019 and ends on Sunday March 25, 2019.
