HEALTHIER LIFESTYLE…

Just wanted to say a huge thank you for teaching me the tools I needed for my weight loss and living a much healthier life style…. I have been going on hour walks EVERY day and whenever I see a bench I do squats and push-ups just like you told me!

SELF CARE…

I’ve become more aware this past week of how important my own care is. I’m seeing more clearly how vital it is to take care of myself and how when I don’t, I can become resentful and angry. When I feel this way, I tend to take it out on those I love.
I’m starting to truly believe that it’s not selfish to look after myself, and I see how positively this impacts my family.
Baby steps…
I feel like I am moving in the right direction.

ON STRENGTH…

So my workout partner and I were throwing some strong deadlifts down, when all of a sudden, this fellow approaches and pays a solid compliment to the way you are coaching us and says to stick with you!! Very proud to have you as our trainer!!

I FEEL YOUNG AGAIN…

I’ve worked very hard over the last 10 months, I’ve achieved a lot, and you’ve been a huge part of that. Interesting is that I had a bit of a breakthrough during Saturday’s workout. During the initial warmup routine, we started with some skipping which immediately transitioned into a run to the building an back. You indicated that we were to race during the run. My training partner took off, and then I immediately bolted out after him. It was during that sprint that, for the first time in over twenty years, I felt strong and fast.  I’m 48 years old, and during that sprint, I felt like I was in my twenties again, chasing down a receiver and getting ready to crank out a huge tackle. Thank you!


NEW PERSPECTIVE…

Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart. You, Sir, are one powerful dude. I’m really shocked at how much you brought to light for me in such a short time. I really really appreciate it. I will go forward with a new perspective and commit to working my way around that slice chart (Most good things totally come in slice form anyway, right?!)
