A dynamic blend of movement, play and strength, these large group training sessions are designed to help you get the most out of your fitness while having a blast! In each class, you will experience a mix of flowing movements, drills and games that are guaranteed to get your blood flowing, improve your range of motion, coordination, strength and overall enjoyment of fitness.

For the most part, this class relies on minimal equipment and we focus on developing movement skills that will directly benefit your day to day life, as well as your recreational activities.

You may be wondering what we can do in an open space with minimal equipment. Check out the following outline of how the training session flows and then watch the videos for a few examples of the movements you can build up to as you continue to work through the progressions.

General Warm-up
Fun games or light flow sequences to get the blood flowing.

Moving Warmup With The Basic Movements
Squat, Lunge, Walkout, Pushup, Rotational Movements, Crawling Patterns

Movement Skills and More Games
Review and Build on New Movement Skills as well as including more fun/competitive games

Mobility
Static or Dynamic Flexibility sequence

Grounding
Breathing practice to cool down and transition

Wellness Discussion
About 5 minutes including nutrition, fitness, lifestyle habits etc.



Classes begin Thursday January 4th, 2019 at World Health Club in the City Centre Mall. You must be a member to sign up for the program.

Sessions are 1 hour in length, from 11am to 12pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

I will be running a complimentary demo session on December 13th from 11am-12pm. Please click here to sign up.

Program investment is $529.20 +GST. This includes 24 sessions, a weekly health and wellness email and an interval training program to supplement your strength and movement training.
