Today’s workout is actually an extension of a warmup which I enjoy working with for bodyweight workouts. It has a full body focus with pulls, pushing, squats and hinges along with a special version of the sit up.

Chin Up to negative x 3
Push Up to Superman x 5
Gorilla squat x 7
Two hand elevated sit up x 9
Band Good Morning x 11

Rest as desired. Objective is to work with solid form throughout the workout, so maintain a pace that allows you to execute the drills effectively. One way you can do this is to take a :30 break at the end of each round, or you could take a :15 break between drills.
