Fitness magazines and ads portraying a very small fraction of the population tends to be the common way to demonstrate ‘fitness’. I’ve been an Ido Portal fan for a number of years. He’s an incredible mover and his method is much different that the typical fitness routines you will see, however as a believer in movement based fitness, I think there will be more of a focus on systems like this one in the years to come.
